Allison Akridge and Derrick Howard tied the knot (literally!) on January 25, 2020 at The Stanford of Downtown Wayesnboro in Waynesboro Mississippi. Their gorgeous wedding day started off at Manor Creek Cabins, where Allison and her bridesmaids got ready! The serene forest next to the lake at the cabins provided the perfect backdrop for all of their beautiful portraits and emotional first look, and the brilliant sunlight perfectly illuminated their love with a golden glow! Allison, Derrick, the bridal party, and their family were such a joy to work with and they kept us laughing all afternoon!
In addition to the dreamy portraits at Manor Creek Cabins, their wedding venue was just as stunning! The Stanford was decorated beautifully with greenery draped on the main staircase banister, which also doubled as their altar, and the candle-lit tables in the upstairs reception room created such an inviting space! I'm also partial to the usage of their engagement photos and bridal portraits as decorations throughout the venue! In fact, take a look at the personalized, unique cake tables that truly showed their interests and personalities!
