Mary Kate Casteel and Mitchell Hallisey celebrated their nuptials on October 17, 2020, and their wedding was such a spectacular event that encompassed so many classic Mobile elements. Their special day began with hair and makeup in a luxurious suite at The Battle House Hotel, and the preparations continued at The Ezell House, which also provided stunning architectural backdrops for their portraits! I love how the rose accents of the bridesmaid dresses and bouquets added a lovely pop of color against the white building, which also contrasted perfectly with the black suits of the groomsmen. Additionally, the exquisitely assembled floral arrangements created an elegant, classy aesthetic.
Following a traditional ceremony at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the newlyweds and their guests brought revelry to the streets of downtown Mobile with a second line parade led by Excelsior Band as they made their way to The Ezell House. The jubilant celebration continued with a delicious dinner complete with an oyster bar and a night full of dancing to Dat Band! Take a look at their beautiful wedding photos to experience the fun for yourself!
