Chelsea Haines and Yeon Thompson wed on June 5, 2021 at St. Joseph Chapel and enjoyed a reception at The Admiral Hotel in Mobile, Alabama. My heart is so incredibly full from capturing such a special day for my dear friends, and it was even more meaningful for my husband and I to stand by their side as their best man and bridesmaid! It has been so wonderful to watch Chelsea and Yeon's relationship blossom over the years, and their wedding was a heartfelt culmination and celebration of their love! Luckily I had the help of my wonderful second shooter Sandra to help photograph all of the beautiful moments throughout the day!
Their beautiful day started off with getting ready at The Admiral Hotel, where they shared an emotional first look that resulted in Yeon shedding some tears over seeing Chelsea in all her bridal beauty! We then hopped on a trolley to travel to the Avenue of the Oaks, where the mulberry colors popped against the magnificent green oaks! Following a ceremony at St. Joseph Chapel, everyone enjoyed a fabulously fun reception at The Admiral Hotel, which was decorated with black and gold Art Deco elements and accents of vibrant summer tones! In fact, their dessert bar was a jaw-dropping and mouth-watering centerpiece featuring five delicious cakes, macarons, cookies, brownies, and king cake cupcakes! It was an honor to be a part of such a special day, and this day will definitely a memory I always cherish!
